How to configure Outlook 2003


  • Click on 'Tools' then 'Email Accounts...'

  • Select 'Add new email account'
  • Click 'Next'

  • Select 'POP3' and click 'Next'

  • For your name, fill in what you would like people to see when you email them. Usually, just use your full name
  • Type in your e-mail address in the 'E-mail Address' field
  • Type in your full e-mail address for the 'User Name'
  • Type in your password in the 'Password' field
  • Type 'pop3.eaglecom.net' in the 'Incoming mail server(POP3)' field
  • Type 'smtp.eaglecom.net' in the 'Outgoing mail server(SMTP)' field
  • Click on 'More Settings'

  • Click on the 'Outgoing Server' tab
  • Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication'
  • Click 'OK' at the bottom
  • Click 'Next'
  • Click 'Finish' and you are set up
