Heavy Equipment Operator

Eagle Communications is looking for an energetic direct sales and service person to develop and work a new position providing customer care in the residential area.  This position is responsible for current broadband customers with service needs; and the ability to recognize and report trends in customer issues in regards to Eagle television, internet and telephone services.  Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must for this position.  Qualified applicants will also possess previous sales and customer service experience, and a working knowledge of computers and home networking.
