you, you will hear a tone in the earpiece that alerts
you that someone else is trying to reach you. To
put your current call on hold and answer the second
call, simply hit the flash button or switch the hook on
the phone and you will instantly be connected to the

Each Eagle Telephone line is
equipped with a Voice Mail box that works like an
answering machine and has a 20-minute message capacity.
To access your voice mail you must enter your personal
identification number (PIN).
How it Works:
If your Voice Mail feature is enabled, calls that are
not answered will be sent to your Voice Mail box where
the caller will be able to leave you a message. You will
know there is a new Voice Mail if, instead of a normal
dial tone when you pick of the phone, you hear a series
of short-separate tones. With certain devices, a light
may identify a message. This feature also allows you to
be notified by e-mail when a message is left, you can
even have the message attached to the e-mail.
To access your Voice Mail
from your phone:
1.
Dial your telephone number from
any telephone or *333 (from your home telephone) and
wait for your Voice Mail greeting to being playing, then
press *.
2.
Follow the prompts to enter
either your 10-digit phone number and PIN or just your
PIN. Your default pass code is the last 4 digits of your
phone number. Upon accessing your Voice Mail for the
first time, you will be asked to change your pass code
to a different 4-digit passcode. If you do not, you may
not be able to access your Voice Mail in the future.
You can access your Voice
Mail from any phone by dialing your phone number and
then when your Voice Mail picks up enter * to interrupt
the greeting followed by entering in your passcode.

for a confirmation tone, and then dial the telephone
number, including the area code, where you want your
